This group is primarily for those related to Charles and Orange Tupper, but we welcome anyone related to this line of Tuppers.
Charles Tupper was born in 10/3/1842 in Ionia, MI to Myron Tupper and Melissa Main. He married Orange Lumbert in 9/14/1860 in Odessa, MI. Him and his family moved to Kansas around 1871. Orange Lumbert died around 1895 and he remarried a Louisa Coats on 3/14/1901 in Kansas. Charles Tupper died on 4/25/1910 in Colwich, KS.
Orange Lumbert was born in 4/28/1838 in Wayne County, NY to Jabez Lumbert and Elizabeth Olmstead. She died on 6/30/1895 in Colwich, KS.
Charles and Orange had the following children, Calvin (1862), Alvina (1867), Cora (1870), Dora (1872), Violet (1875), Rozetta (1880), Elzia (1880)

Charles and Orange Tupper were my 2x great grandparents and I think they are buried here in Kansas. My children had planned a trip to Sandwich, Mass. to search Tupper family this June...Covid-19...oh well maybe another time.
My Great Grandmother was Violet Pace (Tupper). I have been fascinated by the Tupper family, They have a very interesting genealogy. I live in West Wichita, about 5 minutes from Goddard, Ks. I will try to find Eldridge Cemetery again soon where Charles and Orange are buried and take some pics. Thanks for the info about where Elizabeth and Jabez are buried. I will go on a search someday and look for this.
